Okay so this guy that I met at a party last week wanted to hookup. So of course me being the wild one out of my friends did the deed. Don't judge me hah! Well we hooked up and now he won't stop calling my phone. What would you do to get him to quit calling?

Lol, looks like you've got yourself somewhat of a situation.
You know one of the things we can encounter when “hooking up” is that sometimes the event is more pleasurable and exciting for the other person. It's not uncommon for someone to become clingy or want more of what we can call “A Free Meal” for lack of a better term. But since you no longer want anything to do with this guy, why not just tell him the truth.
Tell him that you're not interested in having a relationship and what happened at the party was just What happened at the party.
This should help to deliver the message that he is obviously not seeing by you ignoring his phone calls.
