Hola Jamaal,
My name is Lisa and I am an attractive woman that makes her own money. I've got a lot of guys coming up to me all the time trying to have sex, but I just look the other way. I've never had a problem finding someone to date, but I'm tired of getting these bum ass ninjas that don't got no money. I want a ballar. How can I get a man with money that respects me?

So you want a Baller eh? A Shot caller that respects you for you. Well, what I would say to one's quest for respect is that it starts within ourselves.
If we want to be respected we must first respect ourselves. And if we want to gain respect from others, we have to respect them too.
The big concern for me in your question is that you want a man with money first and foremost. Is there any reason a man with less money couldn't be the one to treat you with the respect you desire? Sure, he may not be able to buy you everything you want, but isn't it possible that he could treat you like the woman you want to be?
I would probably steer away from focusing on all the great things about myself and begin to base relationships on what I want in my life. The real things, that would give me the most fulfillment. You know things like Peace, Happiness, Emotional Stability, just to name a few.
On another note, let's say you meet this Baller with money that respects you, how many moments of happiness will you have stepped over to find just that one?
