When it comes to apologizing for a wrong or just admitting fault in a relationship, things can get pretty tough.
For some, just the act of saying "sorry" can be as intimidating as trying to kiss the 4pm bus on a Friday afternoon. Scary. While others, have no issues opening up the faucets and letting their feelings pour out all over the floor, on your shoes and everywhere else emotions can drip. So what does one do when they don't know how to tell the person they love or at least care about that they are sorry? Thought you'd never ask ^_^. In tonight's insight, I've laid out 20 Ways To Say "I'm Sorry" when you don't know what to say. Enjoy. |
Now before you just jump in and start using these, I want you to give the reason that you're apologizing some real thought. You don't want to be someone that just apologizes for the sake of apologizing.

Know you messed up and can't sleep:
"I ran all the way over here just to tell you that I'm sorry and I can't sleep without you. I miss you. I need you."
Got a little too drunk and cussed out her mother:

If I never say, "I'm sorry" again it will be too soon..lol But all jokes aside, I put this together to help those of you struggling to find the words during those times when the words mean the most.
Oh and one more thing I want to address about before I slip out of here: Apologizing or telling someone you're sorry won't always make things better. Talking is only half of the solution, but putting the action behind your words...that's the real magic.
