Now that you've thought about that possibility, I'm going to share 3 Things with you that will keep your boyfriend happier longer and wanting to do all those sweet things you love. You ready? Let's Go..
So, before we even get started, I want you to reflect on your current relationship or a past one and try to see if you have done either of these things listed in one way shape or form. If you haven't, then don't do them, but if you have, tell me what the outcome was after reading these words. First up..
#1 Comparing Yourself To His Ex
"Your last girlfriend had these huge breasts and always wore skimpy clothes, that's not how I dress" Of course it isn't and that's why she's not here and you are. There's a reason she's no longer in the picture and he's upgraded to someone of your caliber. Think about it, if he wanted more of the same, he would have hooked up with someone that looked like her, acted like her or he would even still be with her. Comparing yourself to an ex is the worst thing you can do for your self-esteem and it is also mentally and emotionally draining for Mr. Right. Being comfortable in your own skin and knowing your own self-worth can remove some of that unnecessary drama from your life and his. Let his past be the past and live in the present. |
#2 Stalking His Facebook
"Ooh, this damn Cindy what's her face keeps liking all his pics! She's so pretty, she'd better not be trying to steal my man! I'm going to tell him to un-friend her before it gets out of hand" If you're having thoughts like this, it's already out of hand. When it comes to being Facebook Friends on your boyfriend's page, this is not the time to become a super sleuth. If you have something you want to know you should just ask Babe and see what the truth is. Reading into Facebook Likes or trippin over someone commenting "Happy Birthday" on your boyfriend's page is drama nobody wants. Think about it, would you want him trippin over every little comment or guy on your page? He may be too nice to say something, but no one likes to be stalked, especially by a woman they are already doing everything to please. |
#3 Making Nothing Out Of Something
"Babe, what's this in you're phone? Why do you have these movies in there? Am I not enough? " Okay, first off, what are you doing searching his phone? Second, is it that freaking serious? Blowing things out of proportion causes the most frustration and headaches in both new and old relationships. Don't do it. Just don't. |
Well? Are You Guilty Of Any Of These?
As you see, I could go on an on with this list, but I just wanted to give you a little something to think about.
Now, you can tell me I'm wrong in the comments, but I myself and several others have experienced these exact moments in relationships. And it's not just you ladies that do this, it's the men too, we can make a mountain out of a mole hill with the best of them..lol So don't think I'm just picking on you.
And, as I said earlier, I wanted to know if you were guilty of any of the 3 Things I mentioned up above.
Did any of those situations or statements ring true? Do you think these are things you're boyfriend likes or dislikes?
Don't be shy, the only way to get the answers you want is to communicate. Well, I'm here and I'm listening...
