In a perfect world, no one would lie and we'd all speak the truth, but unfortunately this is not the world in which we live. People lie all the time about their possessions, number of friends on Facebook, their careers and/or connections within the city.
This is to be expected, but to a point. The last place we anticipate hearing a lie is coming from someone we "love" or are trying to build a relationship with.
But I can imagine if you're reading this, your boyfriend has lied somewhere in your relationship and today you're here to find out why. So, without delay, I present.. "6 Reasons Your Boyfriend Will Lie".
This is to be expected, but to a point. The last place we anticipate hearing a lie is coming from someone we "love" or are trying to build a relationship with.
But I can imagine if you're reading this, your boyfriend has lied somewhere in your relationship and today you're here to find out why. So, without delay, I present.. "6 Reasons Your Boyfriend Will Lie".
Reason 1 - He Doesn't Want You To Be Angry
Now, I can't think of any man that wants to be on his girlfriend's bad side..lol It doesn't even matter the woman, if you're on her shit-list, you can pretty much kiss your sex life good-bye.
Women have the ability to change the mood and tone of a conversation with just the slightest flex of attitude or sign of displeasure. No boyfriend in his right mind wants to piss off his girlfriend and spend a long lonely night on the couch.
This is a reason he will lie..to keep you happy and receptive to his desperate attempts to kiss your lips.

Reason 2 - He Doesn't Want To Lose You
Sometimes men know when their girlfriend is sick and tired of being tired. They know when they've worn out their cuteness and you're placing all of his flaws under the microscope.
He knows when your at your breaking point and are tired of telling him time and time again to "Not do this" or "Not to do that". He knows, but he didn't listen. He chose to listen to his dumb ass friends and do the same shit again, after you told him a million times not to do it.
He doesn't want to lose you, so what does he do? He lies. He tells you whatever you want to hear to avoid catching one hell of shutout or he lies because he simply can't bare the consequences of his actions.

This one is pretty much self-explanatory, as your boyfriend may be one that just doesn't understand how relationships work.
If your boyfriend is the type to think that it's okay to have a "side-chick" and sleep around, he will lie right to your face and tell you that it wasn't him. You can even catch him red-handed with lipstick on his shirt and he'll make up some story about how the waitress fell over on him in the restaurant.
He may even be as deceptive to get other people to co-sign on his story, especially if his "Big Mistake" involves someone close that you know.
Now me personally, I don't lie, never have and don't plan on starting, but I know some guys do.

Before you even asked him, you knew the dress didn't fit how you thought it would, but you put on a brave face and asked anyway. You want him to tell the truth, but then you don't at the same time because it's already too late to take the dress back.
You knew what he would say, but in this case you might let his little white lie slip just this one time.

Now as a man, I can tell you that an internal measure of a good man is one that can support himself, his children and his woman.
If a man can't support a family, what the hell is he even doing trying to call himself head of the house?
It doesn't make sense in a man's perspective to call himself a supporter when he can't even afford her.
So telling you that he lost his job two weeks ago will be like cutting off his own hands and saying that he's incapable of taking care of you. There's nothing you can do about his feelings of inadequacy, all you can do is to support him while he seeks new employment. And that's if he even tells you.
He'll probably come up with every excuse in the book to avoid having to look you in the eye and tell you that he "can't". He'd rather go into debt before he told you that he can't afford to buy you a $20 dollar shirt or that he can't buy pampers.
There will be a lot of sleepless nights and petty fights because of his lies, but if there was ever a justifiable reason for him to fib in his mind..this would be it.

So if your boyfriend has learned over time that lying is a way to get out of trouble through years of trial and error, he will more than likely lie about every little thing.
Now you and I both know the problem with a boyfriend using this logic, but the question is "Will you allow it to continue?".
