I remember the first day you started working in the office. You walked in with you head held high, as if you were ready to take on the entire world.
Now me, I'm not the most charismatic of people and some might even say that I'm a bit "shy", but I did notice you. I watched as you walked through the building like a demigod of some sort with people bowing and dying to fulfill your every request.
I wondered what life would be like if I had enough courage to just walk up to you and tell you what I thought. It seems like it's been years ago since I first saw you, but it's only really been two weeks.

Now my friends all think I'm crazy when I talk to them about you. I tell them how you're so funny and how everything you say in the meetings is always the most mind-blowing thing I've ever heard. I even tell them about how you walk past my desk everyday to get paper off the copier.
You may think I'm crazy, spending so much time thinking about you when I should be doing my work, but what's a girl to do?
I mean, what would you do if someone captivated your every breath? I can't imagine that something like that has ever happened to you since you're such a dream. It's like you're a fantasy of mine that's come to life in the physical world, no longer trapped inside my mind.
I've got plans for us, just so you know. I've got this little cafe I want to take you to where we can eat, talk and get more acquainted. I've even thought of where we'll spend our vacations next year. Plus, I've been saving some money, so we'll have plenty to spend..if you want to go.
But, the only thing that I can think of right now that's keeping me and you from having this beauty of a life is that... you don't even know who I am.
Of course you look at me, but we never talk. I remember one time a few days ago, I almost spoke to you when you dropped your pen. I walked over to you, from behind and I was just about to say something when Chad called you into the office. I was literally inches away from you and you didn't even know it.
I think you looked back, but I quickly turned my head so I don't know if you did or not. I hope you did though. I hope you saw me and held that image of my small frame sashaying back to my desk and wondered what it might be like.
Just for a second, I wish you thought of me in the way that I think of you, but I've got to get back to work now. I just wanted you to know that even though you don't know who I am..I know who you are.
